When I tested Bittybay I found it really great, The avatars are just so cool. The walking is actually really good, the one thing I don't like is that players can walk into each other. The scenary is really good. I am going to rate this at 9/10.

I agree with you. However the problems you have are simple things that can be fixed fairly simply.

The only reason that it may be good to keep it so others can walk onto the same square is so people cant block others into a small area. (Although I personally think that would be funny hehe)
