It looks better as the original image with a transparent background, black kinda kills it.

It's simplistic, you can have text added to the right.

It's interesting, maybe could use a bit of work. What's it for?

Something is missing.. can't tell what...

I think the colours used ruin it a bit, light colours like blue or pink would have made it better, yellow and red don't compliment it very well.
