Thanks a lot for notifying us but we are trying to sort the problem. We have contacted the host and they said the transaction was cancelled so we repaid it. #we are just waiting for the hosting to come back online.

Yes,

This is correct. I sent in a ticket, and checked my Pay Pal. And it seemed the money was cancelled. So, I'v resent the money, as soon as they have the money - we will back up. Sorry for any inconvience caused.

Yes, if it is Speed Hosting your hosted with their currently migrating to a new billing/support system. From ModernBill & Kayako to WHMCS, so that maybe the problem.
