More than likely an easily answered question, but is it possible to get a certain date (that the user inputs) and transform it into a timestamp? I know about todays date, but lets say the timestamp for 13 days time at 1pm? Thanks .

Anything is possible in php! There's 2 functions that would do what you're asking,
mktime() and
strtotime()
Good luck!
