Just some healthy advice. It could be livened up a bit. It's currently, boring, for lack of a better word. Show some creativity. This is a competitive business, and many others out there are way ahead in this game, and you need to level up quickly to catch up.

If this is a business called Minnet Solutions, and you are hiring employees. Get a new domain name. Use that one for a personal blog instead representing you and your company.

Good luck with the website! Here's a few things regarding the site design that I think could be worked on:

-The transition between the coding picture and your logo
-The coding/logo picture could do with a border, or perhaps just some subtle, rounded corners
-The "Minett Web Solutions" could use a few touch-ups
