I have just noticed there is a Solace City and Sole City-
That has got to be a breach of copyright and I wouldn't be surprised if Solace City took action against them, Whch I will be emailing them recomending them to do-
Why steal a name? Can't you think of something original? And don't make some bs up such as you didn't know of Solace City then as that is way too much of a coincidence

-claps- Well done for pointing that out... May I say that the words Solace and Sole mean completely different things...
Solace: A source of comfort
Sole: The bottom of your shoe
May I also say that Solace have copyrighted (well, some peeps say they fake their copyright) the name 'SOLACE' and not 'SOLE'.

The reason why we called Sole City the name we did is because we want the city to be unique, and the word 'Sole' does yes, have numourus meanings, but the one that we wish it to mean is Unique. If Solace City wish to take action against us then that is fair enough, but in all honesty i doubt they will, seeing as, as far as i can see there is no copyright infringement in sight. If we had a similar logo, or similar web design, then fair enough, yes they probably would have a case, BUT, as things stand i'm sure Spire would agree with me that there is no copyright infringement. I would also like those who believe there to be copyright infringement to read up on where this applies, and on how to detect when there is copyright infringement happening.

They are two different names; Sole and Solace. No copyright breaching from what I can tell...

Thread should be closed due to the question (if there was copyright breach) was answered. They are two different names. Also to prevent flaming that may occur between Eden and TeaTree.
