To become a signed singer you will need to get signed, get noted as it isn't cheap, for a typical session in the studio it would set you back about �60per hour.
To get a professional music video filmed, edited, etc it would set you back around �15,000.

It isn't cheap, I'm currently managing a 4-man Grime group and we've just finished filming a music video that cost �10k, within editing.

If you think you have the funds and your right for the trade then by all means give it a shot.

he doesn't need money to be a singer. You can have big contracts and get millions but if you suck you will keep sucking even with all the fame. unless that is what you want then you can sell your self. I wish you good luck!

The music industry is a competitive place, with all of the unsigned acts out there everyone is competing to get signed, but the reality is only a few of them actually do. You will need to work and pay for yourself first of all to get noticed by a label.

Does your school not do singing classes? Good place to start.
