Well, the fact you will have access to all databases, and files to MMOCC's is a huge liability considering your not an actual company.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

It's against his host's TOS so the account would be terminated before you got any hits. Even if I did trust him, I wouldn't have hosting with him.
