I know bugger all about web design, but surely it makes more sense that web 2.0 relates to the actual coding of the site rather than the design..?

I would look better for a clothing website looks awsome though.

It's pretty good.

Also, does every site have to be Web 2.0? Some originality can be used, yaknow.

Me and my friends are making a clan for call of duty 4. And I am in charge of the site and heres the layout I made for the site.

Heres the layout:

I am gonna fix all of the small features that make it look bad and the background is in the image also. Tell me what you think about it

Heres the actual site link (its just the image and full background: http://www.freewebs.com/codsaintsrow/

Amazing man. I love it!

Personally I don't really like it much at all. I would say the banner would be the best part. The body of the layout is just too typical and boxy; the site needs to be more web 2.0 looking. Keep up the good work though.

P.S. Don't use Freewebs as your website host

Its ok, but for my improvement i would make the boxes border more interesting, like by making curves and points like the style of the title.

I like it! If it's going to be something important to your clan I would suggest getting a domain etc.

I would also transparent the background then use html or css to put an image as the bg.

Freewebs isnt gonna be my clans host. I just used it for my example
