Bittybay Membership

Recently I had my 31st day of Bittybay membership. And I know that on my 31st day I should have the snail avatar!
But when I go to my avatar selection their is no snail?

If anyone knows what has happened or has the same problem
please let me know so then I can tell Bittybay support that I am not the only person experiencing this problem.
