Which do you prefer?

I'm just use to your style and think Form 2 looks slightly better.

Form 2 by a landslide within those 2.

I like them both, but with the first form, the way you've made the fields slanted, they look really rough and out of place in comparison to the rest of the design.

I prefer form 2, it's much nicer . Nice work.

Form 2 is much more professional and elegant looking while form 1 looks like it could be a good thing for a Habbo fansite. I guess it all depends on the effect you're going for. Elegant or rugid. I say form 2 is better.
