Real's Review of the Week - Magic World Online

From now on, I will be reviewing one game every week, it may span from many genres, MMORPGs, FPSs, Console Games, and so on.

Magic World Online is a fast paced MMORPG that takes the redundancy out of gaming. With the use of the integrated bot system, it is possible to gain multiple levels with enough time and patience and just a few clicks of your mouse.

I�ll talk briefly about the storyline of MWO first. It all starts out in the days of old when humans just began to walk the Magic Continent. For years the humans lived on the Golden Plains. Each year they held a harvest festival to thank the Gods for their crops. One year, this all changed. During the harvest festival, when the humans were at their weakest, Lucifer, the King of Devils, decided to make his move. Ascending to the surface, Lucifer and his Devil Legions, determined to take over the Magic Continent, began their conquest on the Golden Plains. Odin, the King of Gods, did not take this sitting down and dispatched his Super Corps to destroy the invading beasts. Unfortunately, the beasts end up winning the war and Odin has to sacrifice himself to save the humans and reseal the devils, Lucifer among them, back in hell. Over time, the humans are forced to leave the Golden Plains due to climate changes and split up to the north and south of the continent. As time progresses, the humans of each faction, now known as the Empire and the Dynasty, begin to grow apart eventually leading to war between them. When this war breaks out, the sword that Odin bound himself to as his ultimate sacrifice is used by one human against another human and the seal is broken. At this point, quite literally, all hell breaks loose. Monsters appear all over the continent and become aggressive beasts, attacking anything within their grasp. Heroes wanted, leave your application at the desk!

The next feature I want to talk about is one of the most groundbreaking features out there within the online gaming community, the MWO Robot. Many people here may already know what 'bots' are, and will either grumble or secretly chuckle to themselves about the use of them. Well, grumble and deviously laugh no longer, MWO actually gives you a 'bot' to legally use within the game. The MWO Robot is an integrated 'bot' system that allows users to leave their computer or do other things while still allowing their characters to continue leveling. This allows students, workers, and dedicated gamers alike to have the same leveling advantages as each other. The MWO robot system includes the ability to auto-select and attack monsters, the ability to select what level ranges that auto-select will pick from, how it will attack, what skills it will use during its attack, and much, much more. Beyond the attacking though, it has options to heal you at given times, resummon your summonbeast (if you're a summoner), and even repair your armor and restock items for you!

As for my personal thoughts on MWO, it goes without saying. This game is so innovative and feature packed that it had me learning new things right up till the very end of phase 2 of the closed beta, and I�m sure there�s still more to find!

Wow just checked this game out. Only drawback is the 2.2gb download since I don't have much hard drive space left -_- Maybe I'll download it when I empty some more space up. Looks good though. Also the graphics don't look all that great but maybe that's just the screenshots.
