Some people will buy anything. LOL! Ok, I am selling this booklet for $250.00. PM if you want a copy will accept paypal only. Haha!

There is an insane amount of statistics within that booklet that could prove to be helpful for many, many companies who view $700 as chump change. This is not a booklet for Habbos who want to see how many girls wear pink shoes. :p

There is a large amount of bias in those stats though, as their parameter for testing is Habbo players who in no way shape or form can be viewed as expressing the views of the world's teenage population. Not really a good sample to choose from if you are a hardcore statistician.

Woah!
Who would want a book.. Saying my favourite furniture is the throne.. With 1000 people ticked the box?

Thats trashy. And a rip off.

Selling screen shot of a room filled with kids surrounding staff for $200

Can help you to see how desperate kids are to talk to staff. In turn you will learn how many staff members you should have in the hotel and make them very active so that people will want to play just to meet staff.

PM Me if you'd like to buy this screenshot, paypal only.

ROFLMAO. Thats pretty muc hwhat Habbos doing.

"Hi we're Sulake, we steal kids money and give them virtual crap. Then we tell them to take a survey to help us and give them nothing in return. When we make thousands from their statistics we still won't give them anything. We are a greedy company based out of Finland and hope to corrupt the minds of kids globally."

Sulake haven't produced the book for other MMOCC's to use. It's aimed at companies who's target audience are 13 - 19 year olds, that could be anything from PC Games to Pokemon.

And in regards to the price of the book. Do you have any idea how many people it would take to collate and verify and order and graph and check 58,000 peoples answers and put it all in a nice looking book? The price is good for what it is, and, as has been said, isn't made for a Habbo that wants to know a bit about who else goes on the Hotels, or small MMOCC's like BittyBay. If it was the price tag would be lowered and more people would buy it.

Again, I am selling this booklet here for $250.00, get while it's still hot. Haha! Really, I find it very pointless. But, you all know. Sulake puts anything out there for the extra buck they can receive.

Im pretty sure Pokemon doesn't need Habbo statistics ...

Meh, it's statistics of what teenagers like etc. I did the questionaire, but it was so long, and you have a chance to win stuff if you complete it, so loads just faked it and ticked anything.

This book is not for teenagers. Also, this book does not contain "omg 347 people hav da throne for thur fav furni". It is filled with: Quote:

The $700 price tag is probably a control to lessen the effect of illegal distribution of the book.
People who are willing to cover $700 to buy the book probably aren't the kind of people to distribute illegal copies of it. If it was, say $40, I'm sure there'd be copies floating around everywhere already.

Lol, when I first saw this thread i thought someone forgot to put the decimal in the price lmao!

Survey information like this can be very valuable to a company if used in the right way. If I had that kind of money and was looking to create my own business that targets youth, I would definitely invest in the information.

Adding to what both Aero and Coldkill have said, the fact so many users on this forum think the book is a rather silly idea for a product only makes them look ignorant for scrutinizing something just because it isn't valuable to them. I am confident the book is filled with information that could be utilized by any company that targets a teenage audience.

I love the way that they get us to do surveys without anything in return and they sell it for $700. God I wish I worked for a working mmocc.
