"It looks like you're offline" - MSN Error! Yippie!

I recently tryed installing MSN I got this, "It looks like you're offline".

Im not offline, Hello?

If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me.

Try downloading the latest version of Windows Live Messanger? I think it's 9.0 now?

9.0 is beta and very hard to come by with out being a beta tester now (Microsoft forced everyone to stop hosting it, and I lost the install )

no i think 9.0 is the BETA. the latest released version is 8.5
