The new BETA has been launched, and well... MSN looks different and is a lot smoother aswell. I recommend you download it at:

Yeah. I've removed MSN, too much change. Going to install it on laptop though. Got to admit though, the chat is a lot smoother!

I actually really dislike it. You can't set nicknames anymore? I don't want my full name, it's kinda formal... :x. Also the big window showing news and stuff is horrible Sadbracket.

Wow the new emotes are ugly :'(.

You can change it to the old mode-ish. I know, they have removed a lot of good stuff Sadbracket

There is an option to have offline contacts as a separate group Happybracket.

Anyway uninstalled, back to the current version Happybracket.

Iv not downloaded it yet but from looking at the screenshots etc it seems that microsoft are trying to take on social networks.
With MSN of all products...

It's super serious business.

RE: Windows Live Essentials (Messenger etc) BETA
Yea, so I tried it.. and.. couldn't remove it. Very buggy Sadbracket

I wasn't able to message anyone, as none of my messages were going through. When I tried uninstalling, the uninstaller wouldn't work. Ended up having to use system restore just to get rid of it Sadbracket

Microsoft has really let me down this time
