V1 Development Begins & In-Game Preview!

SiviCITY is very fortunate to have such a dedicated and passionate team behind it's belt. The team have progressed slowly but surely and it is with great pleasure to officially announce that we have begun development of V1, SiviCITY's first public release. We will still be maintaining our beta status but once this V1 iteration of the SiviCITY game is complete, it will be available to anyone and everyone who wishes to have a go.

We are currently in the planning stages and hope to have a specification ready as soon as possible. Of course, we will keep you updated on all related news via our website, Twitter and this forum.

To mark the end of SiviCITY's current test client we would like to leave you with an in-game screenshot of us reaching the 20 users mark. Although this may seem like a small milestone, it demonstrates a giant leap for the current and future development of SiviCITY. Thank you to everyone who has been able to test the client and offer feedback.

If you are still part of the few who have not been able to grab a peek at our current test client then please be sure to email aero@tekcube.com for more information. We appreciate all the feedback we get. Happybracket Speaking of feedback, we would greatly appreciate anyone, whether they have tested the client or not, to share their ideas that they would like to see implemented into the V1 iteration of the SiviCITY client. We can't promise everything will be added but if it shows enough appeal, we will try our best to get it implemented and, if possible, reward the original user who thought of the idea.

If you have any feedback or would like more information regarding anything mentioned in this post simply get in touch via this thread or send a personal message to this account.

Thanks Dasaii!

The enthusastic team at YanzCity are doing more than a superb job that words cannot possibly describe it. I for one am almost on the edge of my seat when we discuss V1.0 as it's an exciting and new topic. It could just well be the thing that brings joy and possibility to YanzCity Happybracket

Looking nice, great work Calum and your artist. The website is also a significant improvement, although I would change a few minor things (font type, some text alignment). Still, great work to all you at YanzCity for pulling this together and sticking with it.

PHP, MySQL, xHTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, Lingo, AS3

The website could do with alot more content, but apart from that the actual client and the new look is a massive improvement from previous releases. Keep up the good work YanzCity!

Watch out,something is 'a coming!

I couldn't agree more. Not to worry, we're currently in the making of a better structure for the website. With this, it will also bring much loved content Happybracket
