Hey guys again

Im feeling happy to come back here and share some information with You all!!!!

1) I no longer work as a Starchat's graphic designer (again!)
And i don't mind actually, since the whole thing is going downstairs.
(The profit is not even high enough to pay for servers)

2) EE Starchat is now held by a 14 years old kid, who actually bans and kicks everybody who dare to say something about his event news, about him - being a editor and stuff like that (The event news are terrible, the spelling, and the whole points!) PM for image.

In EE starchat, only his word counts.. nobody elses. (Not even Kaidos)
This is actually real shock for all the moderators, and editors, who got "kicked" from their positions, since rasmus111 have always been the trouble kid himself! (He once even hacked into one moderator account, to come and listen our editor/admin/mode meetings)

Plus, there have always been a rule, that moderators are 14+ age, admins 16+ and editors 18+... and now a 14 year old kid just been put to editor position.

2.1) He also have two almost same age moderators (girls) to help him.

3) The real owner - Kaido - has taken a sit back and relax from Starchat at all.

4) If you want to contact somebody, there is a 18 year old guy (SNARKIE/RIHARDS) from LV Starchat...

5) About the Lasuni logo situation, im fully pleased to tell that they are/were totally aware that this logo is basically copied from Lasuni!

5.1) And as somebody stated before, in some other thread - they really don't care, until Lasuni will give it a legal GO. The logo was copied by the user named: Jumbuck. And im pretty sure Snarkie lied that he wont be able to reach him, for further questions about this situation.

6) Some things on the easter egg bags (2011) in all Starchat portals, are also copied, but this time from BittyBay, the "designer" is yet again - Jumbuck!

7) They also are copying the event ideas from other mmoccs! (Such as easter egg hunt, from BittyBay)

Best thread to be posted on MMOCCForum in awhile. Seriously. But I do have one question, why are you coming out with all of this? Retaliation for what they might have done to you?

I have come out with this information now, not earlier, because in the other thread, there is so many unanswered questions and thoughts. I just thought this one thread would explain everything.

I personally didn't have anything against it, If Kaido once came to me, and told me, that he wants to remove all editors and modes...

I agreed to leave Habia freely, because it is full of bugs, that never get fixed... we have been telling Rihards several and several times, what bugs we have found. Plus the user drawn items are more "valuable" to him, than the official graphic designer ones.

Tho the user drawn items graphics were/are totally crappy... He always put those up first.. and I have to argue WEEKS, or MONTHS (maximum was like 7 months of waiting, because he just thought that its not the right season to get a full list of items up...!) And i was simply just sick of waiting..

I love juicy information threads like this. However, the fact that somebody is 14 doesn't affect their potential to manage a game. Saying that, he doesn't sound like the best guy to employ to manage it.

I found numerous exploits in StarChat (refusing to call it Habia :/), tried contacting somebody but just got banned.

Actually thanks for his age, he does not understand adult user jokes, and they get kicked.. and thats for the start.

Also, when i find myself thinking of, how Starchat used to be... A office in capital of the country, with 3 pro adult coders, 2 certified graphic designers, a pro marketingman, 2-3 editors in all sites.... and now.... one 14 year old guy, with bunch of same age girls... They have to steal the drawings and event ideas to stay "alive".... i just cant stop laughing, where they have landed...

I cant believe that even the owner of this game, took a sit back and relax from this game, and let it be run by them... And only thing he said after he put kids to run it, was: "It couldn't get any more bad then now, could it?, so its a worth to try." He was just sick of hearing the whining between EE editors and this LV Snarkie... And because Snarkie is the only one who can upload new items, Kaido chose him.

I mean seriously.. If you have so low income, that it even wont pay for the servers to stay up - its not worth it..

How did it go from that to this? Did the owner sell the company, not make enough money to stay afloat and cover costs etc.?

The previous company basically went to bankrupt... Then they had to change the servers and names. The new name - Habia World, is made up by the Snarkie guy... Only him... other country editors didn't have anything to say which name they would prefer or so...

But it all started when they fired me (first time) illegally, since dismissal doesn't work here just like finger-snap... i contacted the labor dispute committee... and i won the case over Starchat.. They had to pay me pretty big amount for acting like this.

After the labor dispute committee case... programmers quit, the other graphic designer quit, the adult editors quit, and ever since then it was going downstairs...

After few years, me and Kaido come to terms that i still can help him..
And then i realized, the other editor was Snarkie.. He was like 15-16 then..
Problems came again.. Snarkie - back then - was a trouble kid himself..

Hello all!

I got informed about this forum today and it was really frustrating to read all this again, with false facts (in my opinion).

First of all, I can’t understand Teezkut problem in this matter. But as he started about this "dirty laundry" topic, I feel to also explain this from company side.

Yes the previous company basically went to bankruptcy, but the problem there was previous company manager. He made bold moves and paid the consequences. Old manager also fired Teezkut, but problem was that Teezkut had issues with other workers. Issues where so big that he refused come to office and wanted to work from home. Later he just declared that he will move to other city and work from home there. As this was against the current rules, Teezkut was fired. This is the official explanation that was told to me by Teezkut co-workers and old management.

When Teezkut realized that company wants to fire him, he started to work against it claiming to users, that service will be closed and don’t buy any products. As I mentioned before, company was already in bad shape because of the management and also his actions were affecting company performance. So company decided not to pay any compensation (it was 2 month salary if I remember correctly) because of damage he maid claiming false reports. Later “labor dispute office” decided that company still needs to pay compensation according to work contract (what company also did) and make separate lawsuit against damage he maid, if there is a need. So actually there was no illegal firing and no lawsuit was done later by company.

I personally agreed with other workers in Starchat to leave the company (they already had new place to work), as there was not enough money to pay salaries and previous manager had made lots of debts. So nobody quit actually, its was mutual agreement between and it had nothing to do with Teezkut case.

So current issue why Teezkut working with Habia was ended, had similar issues. Biggest problem was not co-operating with new manager and continuously fighting. In Estonia there was three editors with Teezkut and still work performance was very low, no events was made for month, also sales was so low that already didn’t cover their server costs. And all that I was hearing that everybody else was blamed (bad manager, no advertising etc.). Anyway there was really no point of continuing working like this anymore. If people can’t work together then we needed to change that.

I am really sorry that it ended like this, but I think I did all from my side. Teezkut got another chance to work, but it ended again, that everybody else are bad. All money was paid and all your other requests done by our side. So I am really confused about this thread what you Teezkut made here, I thought it was fine for you and everything was ok. Or do you want to work for Habia until you are retired for old age, or what is the issue here now?

Please stop the personal disappointment and move on with your life. I really hope you all the best.

Edit: For Teezkut defense, I can say that when he was fired by first time, company acted wrongly. Lots of thing were said and done that was not decent, that includes also me. I have apologized my behaviour to him before and I regret it ever happent.

False facts? Oh no no no...

At first, i asked nicely from the previous manager, if it is okay with them/him that i work from home, he said yes.. I even have proof!

I also explained him 2 months BEFORE... that i have to leave my apartment, since the apartment holder wants to come back. And since the manager let me work from home, i didnt see any problem working from other city. (Plus, i also agreed to come to the office as much as needed) - It was okay with him! And some days later he suddenly changed his mind... But i already paid for my new apartment... And i couldn´t take it back!

The lawsuits were declined by the labor dispute office judge, since those were sent to me by the time i was ill and in hospital (i even proved that in the labor dispute office). And acting like this, was against the law.

Anyway, this is old story, and everything worked out nicely!




From this story of yours, Kaido, i now see, that Snarkie actually is the new manager..
But when i asked about this, you said No... Anyway...

You should have told me right away... but now it explains A LOT! Why he was always so bossy, and etc. (like: I do that, because i WANT! You are only graphic designer, do your job!!)

I only have one question...
When we finished summer furniture (Wipeout) set in May 2010, and it gets added into the game February 2011, is it really my fault? This was not the only set which had problems.
And how we should make profit? No new items - means no new events - means no income..
This long long waiting for the items to be set up, got me tired.. and i didnt want to bother you with those things you all the time.

Also, rasmus111 told all the moderators of EE to quit (I also have proof where he is saying it out)

Not only ME, but other editors also were/are against Rasmus. We know him better than You.

I mean, seriously. If some random user finds a spelling mistake from the news text and makes a comment to the section below, Rasmus repairs the mistakes.

But when i or other old editors find something like that, and make a comment, he suddenly deletes all our comments (even simple reply for the other user comments), he kicks us from the game, and the worst... He even may delete the event news at all, because of our simple little comments...

And when we asked why he is deleting our SIMPLE, REGULAR texts, from the news posts, AND from the forums, he said: "for the welfare of users!" Our posts were NOT against the rules of Habia World!!!!!

Come on Kaido.. open your eyes..

Like yesterday we got banned for no reason, but other users were cursing like hell beside him.. And he didnt do anything to them... not even a simple warning..

Be reasonable, he still have issues with us..

Yesterday, before the ban, I even wanted to create superstar event.. 17:00 teaparty, but He didnt let it to the frontpage... Because it was added BY ME! There is no other explanation.. No other events at the same time, was not against the rules, nothing...

Only thing what we, previous editors wanted, was a superstar status, and you are aware of that already...

I am posting my thoughts here, because this place here is the ONLY free place, where rasmus or snarkie cant delete my posts or my user. And i dont want to bother you in msn.
