I've used the contact system a few days ago, to be exact 4 days ago and I've yet to receive a reply. I've used the contact system again a few minutes ago regarding the same problem. I hope a staff would reply to my query. Thanks |

You did the right thing by using the 'contact us' option on the BittyBay website, and asking for a reply after the 48 hours given. [FONT="Verdana"]i'm cute.[/FONT] |

As you're aware, BittyBay LTD is currently in public beta, and therefore, you should expect that certain aspects of the game do not always run smoothly. The application form, for example. Also, there is little our Player Support can do when they, themselves are experiencing problems accessing their side of the system.
Please note that whilst some BittyBay staff members read MMOCCforum.com, it is not the correct form of communication for dealing with website/client issues. Until our Web team can fix the problem, please copy the questions and your answers into an email, attach (if applicable) your CV, and send directly to hr@bittybay.com with the position you're applying for, in the subject line. |
