Another SC AU Fail...

Today I was banned on SC AU again... (Seem to be getting good at that lol!)

I raised an issue up with the MD after she PM'd one of my accounts passwords to me. Now this was weird. So I checked the Privacy Policy and it said passwords where encrypted. Apparently not.

And now, another reason to move away from another Fail MMO.

You're just spreading crap about SC because you were fired as a moderator. Your account was banned because you were fired. The MD was PMing it to you as a friend with intentions of perming your account later because you, being as intellectual as you are, registered with a fake email.

Still doesn't excuse the fact that this MOD was able to access account passwords! They should be ecnrypted.

Also, the only ones with access to this, are Admins.

No one should be able too.

The way it works (everywhere) is that you can an encrypted/salted password that only one person knows how to decrypt. Then if a user forgets their pass they simply use a pass reset forum (if they can prove it's them)

Or hash it. Although, dont to a tinyBB and mix aload of hashes together... doesn't work like that

But nobody should have access to passwords, what do they define as "secret" information?
