Advertisment boosting

Hey,
I currently have a CTR of around 3.67%, I would like to know some tips or tricks to raising this figure.

Im getting around 100 unique visits with probably less than 2 clicks per day. I need some method of getting users to click these advertisments to get my CTR up.
